General Policy 2 from the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007 requires development to respect visual amenities. The officer assessed the uPVC window replacement against this and paragraph 8.12.1, concluding it would not adversely affect the visual amenities of the locality given the site is not in a Conservation Area or Registered Building.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
