The site is not within a Conservation Area and the proposed rear conservatory will not be readily visible from Orry Street, thus not adversely affecting the visual amenities of the locality.

The officer assessed the proposal against it, finding no adverse impact on visual amenities due to the rear location not visible from Orry Street, and no privacy loss to the neighbour due to the 2.25m separation and blank wall facing.
