All data is sourced from public planning records published by the Isle of Man Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture (DEFA) and the Planning Committee.

This is NOT an official government service. We are an independent tool that makes existing public data more accessible and useful.

Application data is updated regularly via the official planning register. Document text is extracted from publicly available PDFs. AI analysis is performed using large language models to summarise officer reports, extract policy assessments, and identify key decision factors.

We use AI to read and analyse planning documents — the same officer reports, decision notices, consultation letters, and appeal decisions that are publicly available. The AI extracts:

This analysis is automated and may contain errors. Always refer to the original documents for authoritative information.
