Objectionwe do have an objection to the proposals which we trust you will take into account.; The use of brass tube railing is very much what is used in pub makeovers and has the stamp of Andy Thornton all over it.; The Council Chamber has all the panelling in oak.; A simple oak handrail fixed to the panelling without up stands would blend in far better and be a much better way to address the problem.
Conditions requested: A simple oak handrail fixed to the panelling without up stands would blend in far better
