PRIOR to the commencement of the development hereby permitted, further large scale (1:10) detail drawings of the windows to indicate the framing detail, material and any glazing bar profiles and/or samples of such framing, materials and glazing bar profiles shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Department and the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of this registered building.
