Time limit

Site levels approval
Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, details of the existing and proposed site levels, including existing and proposed section drawings and finished floor levels of the building, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Department. Thereafter the development shall be completed in strict accordance with the approved details unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Department. Reason: To ensure the development has an acceptable visual impact upon the landscape and in relation to the excavation and retention of minerals on the site.
Excavation method statement
Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, a Method Statement relating to the excavation, storage and re-use of soil and minerals that may be excavated in the carrying out of the approved development, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Department. The Method Statement shall include plans identifying where the excavated material will be stored and re-used on the applicant's landholding and the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interest of retaining materials and minerals on the site.
Agricultural use only
The building must be used only for agricultural purposes. Reason: The countryside is protected from development and an exception is being made on the basis of agricultural need. As such the building must be used for the purposes for which it is approved.
