Requires agricultural buildings in countryside to demonstrate need outweighing general policy against development, sited close to existing groups, appropriate in scale, materials, colour, siting and form to be sympathetic to landscape. Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Agricultural use only
The building must only be used for agricultural purposes.
Landscaping scheme
No development may commence until there has been approved by the Planning Authority a scheme of landscaping which includes indications of species, planting spaces and planting locations.
Landscaping implementation and maintenance
All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.
Roof materials
The roof must be finished in green to match those on the adjacent farm buildings to the north.
