Access use restriction
The approved access should service the field and assist in the demolition of the existing cottage and not in connection with the residential use of the existing or the proposed dwelling at Sarah's Cottage. Following completion or first occupation of the replacement dwelling at Sarah's Cottage, no domestic traffic associated with that property shall use the access hereby approved.
