In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 13th November 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted drawing 08/0426/1 and photos received on 23rd September, 2008.
- The approved access should service the field and assist in the demolition of the existing cottage and not in connection with the residential use of the existing or the purposed dwelling at Sarah's Cottage. Following completion or first occupation of the replacement dwelling at Sarah's Cottage, no domestic traffic associated with that property shall use the access hereby approved.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
