Infrastructure Policy 4 (Draft Strategic Plan)
Policy encourages reuse of existing sites for electronic communications infrastructure. The proposal involves adding apparatus to an existing mast at an established broadcast site, which accords with this by minimising new development and aligning with national guidance on Digital Switchover.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved drawings
This permission relates to the installation of three dishes and one antenna as shown in drawing numbers P14068_50_100_M09_09, P14068_50_150_M09_09, P14068_50_160_M09_09, P14068_00_004_01 and supporting statement from National Grid Wireless date stamped 17 July 2008.
Removal if redundant
In the event that the antenna and dishes erected under this approval become redundant they must be taken down along with all ancillary infrastructure and be removed from the site within 3 months of the cessation of use.
