In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: National Grid Wireless Proposal: Installation of three dishes and one antenna to existing mast at:
- NGW Douglas
- Old Castletown Road
- Douglas
- Isle of Man
- IM4 1AB
which was considered on 10th October 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of three dishes and one antenna as shown in drawing numbers P14068_50_100_M09_09, P14068_50_150_M09_09, P14068_50_160_M09_09, P14068_00_004_01 and supporting statement from National Grid Wireless date stamped 17 July 2008.
- In the event that the antenna and dishes erected under this approval become redundant they must be taken down along with all ancillary infrastructure and be removed from the site within 3 months of the cessation of use.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
