Environment Policy 35
Requires that within Conservation Areas, only development which preserves or enhances the character or appearance of the Area will be permitted, protecting special features. The officer assessed the roof and wall material change as modest, beneficial to aesthetics, and an acceptable modern replacement for the tired existing coverings, with no roof line alterations. The Conservation Officer had no objection.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This permission relates to roof alterations as shown in site plans 00651/1, 00651/2, photo sheet, and roof sample submitted and date stamped 27 March 2008 and roof details submitted and date stamped 10 April 2008.
Materials
The roof must be finished in the material shown by the sample provided in the planning application.
