Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to roof alterations as shown in site plans 00651/1, 00651/2, photo sheet, and roof sample submitted and date stamped 27 March 2008 and roof details submitted and date stamped 10 April 2008.
- The roof must be finished in the material shown by the sample provided in the planning application.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
