Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
This permission relates to the installation of a 17.5m monopole mast with associated equipment cabinets as shown in drawing numbers 02089/1, 091/010 Issue A, 091/012 Issue A, 091/013 Issue A, 091/014 Issue A, 091/017 Issue A dated stamped 1st December 2006, Supporting statement prepared by CH2M Hill dated 1st December 2006, Declaration of Conformity with ICNIRP Public Exposure Guidelines dated 01/12/06.
Colour coating
Within one month of the installation of the mast, antennas, transmission dishes and equipment cabin and cabinet hereby approved, they shall be colour coated in full accordance with details shown on the approved plans and in a matt finish. Any replacement or modification shall be colour coated to match within one month of being carried out.
Removal if redundant
In the event of the mast and cabin/cabinet erected under this approval becoming redundant they must be taken down along with all ancillary infrastructure and be removed from the site within 3 months of the cessation of use and the land restored back to a grassed area.
