   Time limit

   The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

   Approved plans

   This approval relates to Sheet 1 - Site Location Plans, Sheet 3 - Proposed Plans - Elevations Rev 'D' and the photograph sheet annotated 'Photograph showing tree before removal' and 'photograph of tree stump and roots' all date stamped 20th March 2006.

   Stonework sample

   Prior to the commencement of the development, a sample panel of stonework must be prepared (to indicate lime mortar pointing, stone type and coursing) on site, for inspection by the Conservation Officer and approval by the Planning Committee.

   Slate sample

   Prior to the commencement of works, a sample of the slate must be approved by the Planning Authority.
