In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby PERMIT the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 27 June 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to Sheet 1 - Site _ Location Plans, Sheet 3 - Proposed Plans _ Elevations Rev 'D' and the photograph sheet annotated 'Photograph showing tree before removal' and 'photograph of tree stump and roots' all date stamped 20th March 2006.
- Prior to the commencement of the development, a sample panel of stonework must be prepared (to indicate lime mortar pointing, stone type and coursing) on site, for inspection by the Conservation Officer and approval by the Planning Committee.
- Prior to the commencement of works, a sample of the slate must be approved by the Planning Authority.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Manx Electricity Authority regarding the low voltage underground cable which crosses the site.
This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
