Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
This permission relates to the creation of a new vehicular access and driveway/parking area as shown on drawing numbers 5240/2 Rev A and 5240/3/B date stamped 25th November 2005.
Parking and manoeuvring
The new vehicular means of access shall not be used until the car parking and manoeuvring area have been provided in accordance with the approved plans and those area shall thereafter be kept available at all times for their respective purposes.
Sod hedge closure
The new sod hedge to permanently close the existing access must be constructed in accordance with the approved plans within one month of the completion of the new driveway and parking area.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no extensions, greenhouses, walls, gates, fences, garden sheds, summerhouses, flag poles, decking, garages, or tanks for the storage of oil for domestic heating shall be erected (other than those expressly authorised by this approval).
