Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
This permission relates to the alterations and extensions all as shown in drawings PL10-01, -02, -03, -04, -05 and -06, PL11-01, PL12-01, -02, -3 and -04 all received on 7th July, 2005.
Visibility splays
The visibility splays for the exit from the drop-off facility must be 2.4m by 90m and retained as such.
School travel plan
Prior to the occupation of the new classrooms or assembly hall, the applicant must have approved by the Planning Authority after consultation with the Highway Authority, and put into effect a school travel plan.
