Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
This permission relates to the erection of two agricultural buildings and the associated bunding/hedging works as shown in drawings 791-01, 791-02, BD17885PL, the contour map, site and location plans all received on 23rd March, 2005.
Agricultural use only
The buildings may be used only for agricultural purposes.
Materials - colour
All external finishes to the buildings must be in a dark green colour.
Landscaping and mounding scheme
Prior to the commencement of works on the erection of the buildings, the Planning Authority must have approved a scheme of landscaping and mounding on all sides of the proposed building so that the visual impact of the buildings is reduced as viewed in the wider landscape. Tree planting should be in natural groups of trees rather than in simple lines around the buildings and should include a mix of tree types - deciduous and coniferous. The advice of DAFF is recommended in this respect.
