Environment Policy 15
Requires agricultural buildings in countryside to demonstrate need outweighing general policy against development, sited close to existing groups, sympathetic in scale/form/materials, with care near residences. Officer found need for sheep lambing sufficient, siting adjacent to barn acceptable, screened location minimising impact.
Environment Policy 2
Protects Areas of High Landscape Value unless development does not harm character/quality or location essential. Officer judged poly-tunnel would not adversely affect character/appearance due to screening and low visibility.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
