reasonable to extend if applicant confirms increase in activity

No ObjectionNo adverse traffic impacts.
DAFF
Conditional No Objectionif the applicant can provide details confirming the increase in activity, it would be reasonable to extend the existing cold store.
Conditions requested: details confirming the increase in activity
Patrick Parish Commissioners
Conditional No Objectionif this means a substantial increase in vehicles the Commissioners are concerned about the adequacy of the entrance on the main road.; Because of the increase in the size of the buildings is it unreasonable to assume that the business being carried out is no longer purely agricultural and part of the farm and ought to be classed as an industrial site.; If the development is approved the Commissioners would wish the buildings to be screened.
Conditions requested: buildings to be screened
