In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 7 April 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. The building as extended must only be used as a cold store or for agricultural purposes. No retail or trade sales shall take place from the building.

1. The extension must be clad in dark green sheeting to match the existing.

1. Prior to the commencement of works a landscaping scheme must be submitted and approved by the Planning Committee which must include proposals for native planting on all sides of the building.

1. All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development or the occupation of the dwellings, whichever is the sooner. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.

1. This approval relates to the location plan and drawing numbers C/1/04 and C/2/04. No approval is hereby granted to the formation of any additional hardstanding or parking area.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.

• the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
• any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
• the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
• any appeal has been completed.
