Conditions requested: The proposed access shall provide site lines of 2 metres by 160 metres in order to provide full visibility for vehicles travelling up to 50 Mph.; No other work shall commence on site until the visibility splay is constructed to the satisfaction of the planning authority after consultation with the highway authority.; The current access shall be closed off upon completion of the alterations to the proposed access.
