Refusal Reasons

✗The changing room, which has already been erected has no provision for noise insulation contained within and has been built partially in front of an existing single-glazed window. As such, noise from the cabaret area can escape and cause nuisance to those properties adjacent to the site and as the cabaret tends to take place in the evenings this is particularly inconvenient for those living alongside.
