ObjectionThe Commissioners recommend that the above application be REFUSED for the following reasons:- "The proposal would lead to an extension of the use of the premises to an area adjacent to private residences – the nearest residence in Marine View Close is within 15 metres of the proposed patio. The Commissioners are aware of noise and associated problems which arose from the use of the internal licensed areas on this site. They would consider the proposal to be unneighbourly and intrusive of the privacy, and detrimental to the amenity of the adjoining properties."; NB. The Commissioners are concerned to note that the work has already been carried out and the application is therefore retrospective
