Approval in principle granted for demolition of existing Commissioners' Offices at 35 New Road, Laxey, and replacement with residential development on the site and adjacent land. The decision was made by the Council of Ministers following an independent inspector's recommendation.

The Department of Education and Children proposed alterations and improvements to the boundary wall and main entrance at Isle of Man College on Homefield Road, Douglas, including widening the entrance, adding pedestrian crossings, raising walls and pillars, and installing railings and signage. The Council of Ministers approved the application on 19 June 2014.

Ramsey Town Commissioners proposed installing an illuminated life-size bronze sculpture of a child in RNLI uniform on a granite block on a public footpath in Ramsey town centre's Conservation Area. The Council of Ministers approved the application.
