GP2 permits development in accordance with Area Plan zoning if it respects site surroundings in siting/scale/design, does not adversely affect townscape character, local amenities, or provides satisfactory access/parking. Time limit

Use restriction
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 2019 the approval hereby granted shall only relate to the use as a gymnasium/wellness centre. Reason: The use of the building for other uses set out within the same use class would need assessment, given the nature/scale of the site and parking arrangements.
