Key concern: inadequate access width and visibility splays making current access unsafe
Baccarat Ltd
Objectionformally object to the above application on the following grounds; access to Corlett’s yard is owned by Braddan Commissioners. It is of inadequate width for two cars to pass and it has inadequate forward visibility splays – particularly in the right-hand direction; The Yard has been developed over the years in an ad hoc manner. The use of some of the units as vehicle repair ... further exacerbates the traffic issue; There is no Road Safety Audit or Traffic Assessment accompanying this application which justifies its approval
