no objection
Do Not Oppose subject to condition limiting to 20 children, based on public car parking capacity
DOI Highway Services initially raised concerns about parking and drop-off safety for the childcare facility but later did not oppose the application after applicant updates, recommending a condition limiting to 20 children maximum.
Key concern: parents dropping off/picking up on A1 Main Road and on-street parking
DOI Highway Services
ObjectionThere are currently concerns that parents will drop off/pick up their kids from the A1 Main Road adjacent to the proposed site.; The Applicant should provide information and mitigation to address the above queries for HDC to fully review and not oppose the application.

Conditional No ObjectionJust public parking.; The Applicant says they expect and will provide the information to visitors that they use the public parking.; I would say 20 kids would be a good maximum number to condition as per the Applicant’s own numbers. The Applicant’s parking assessment is based on this number.
Conditions requested: 20 kids would be a good maximum number to condition as per the Applicant’s own numbers
