General Policy 2
GP2 permits development in accordance with zoning and Area Plan if it respects site/surroundings in siting, scale, form, design; does not harm townscape character, residential amenity or highway safety. Officer tested visual impact (dormer/extension modest, materials improve appearance), neighbour amenity (oblique views only) and found compliant overall.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This permission relates to alterations and extensions as shown in drawing numbers OS, 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 13 and 16 date stamped 18th July 2008, 11A, 12A, 14A, 15A and 17A date stamped 16th October 2008.
Roofing sample approval
Prior to the commencement of works, a roofing sample shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority and thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
