Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to alterations and extensions as shown in drawing numbers OS, 01, $02,03,04,05,06,13$ and 16 date stamped 18th July 2008, 11A, 12A, 14A, 15A and 17A date stamped 16th October 2008.
- Prior to the commencement of works, a roofing sample shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority and thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
