Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This permission relates to the erection of a dwelling as shown in drawings 1, 2 and 3 all received on 15th September, 2008.
Window details
The windows must be installed as shown in the approved drawings - with those in the front elevation being sliding sashes and notwithstanding the provisions of the Permitted Development Order, may not be replaced without the authorisation of the Planning Authority.
