Time limit for reserved matters
This approval is in principle only and will remain valid for a period of two years within which time no development may take place until such time as details of the reserved matters (siting, design, external appearance, internal layout, means of access, landscaping) have been approved by the Planning Authority. Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application.

This approval relates to the application site as defined by the red line on drawing no. SC863/P/10-00 date stamped the 10th July 2008. No consent is granted for the siting, design, external appearance, internal layout, means of access and landscaping shown in drawing numbers SC863/P/10-01 Rev A and SC863/P/10-02 Rev A.
Reserved matters details
The reserved matters application must include the following details of: 1) A School Travel Plan; 2) A Community Use Agreement detailing how the general public will be able to use the school and the sporting facilities outside of school hours; 3) Any floodlighting for the proposed football pitch. The details should include the design, location, height and colour coating of the floodlights; 4) The spillage of light and the direction control of the floodlights; 5) Cycle and motorcycle parking facilities. The details to be submitted should include design and location of the facilities; 6) How the development will incorporate the suggestions of the Police Architectural Liaison Officer; and 7) A Design Statement.
