Infrastructure Policy 4 (Draft Strategic Plan)
Infrastructure Policy 4 encourages the reuse or sharing of existing sites for infrastructure, notwithstanding any designated area. The officer implicitly applied this by approving the cabin in the existing telecom compound at a long-established broadcast site. The supporting statement emphasised that reusing the site accords with this policy, avoids new sites due to technical constraints like spectrum regulation and viewer aerial orientation, and previous consents had accepted masts despite visibility.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

Redundancy removal
In the event of the equipment cabin erected under this approval becomes redundant it must be taken down and removed from the site within 3 months of the cessation of use.
Colour coating
Within one month of the installation of the equipment cabin hereby approved, it shall be colour coated green. Any replacement or modification shall be colour coated to match within one month of it being carried out.
