Approved drawings
This approval relates to the dwelling as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 060154/2, 060154/3, 060154/4 and photographs all received on 10th April 2008.
Road safety measures
In the interest of road safety:- Sight lines of 2 metres by 36 metres shall be provided; Trees and vegetation within the sight lines shall be removed or cut back to not more than 1 metre in height; The proposed splayed vehicular access shall be no more than 1 metre in height; and On site parking shall comply with the Manx Roads 1.
Obscure glazing for privacy
Obscure glazing (Grade 5) shall be installed in the East elevation of the ground floor garage and store windows and the first floor en-suite window and shall be kept and maintained thereafter.
Access and parking completion
Prior to the occupation of the dwellings, the access onto the Ballacaley Road is to be completed to the required standard of the Department of Transport Highway Division and the hardstanding to the front of the dwelling is to be completed to allow the required parking provisions to be used.
Approve with a stipulation that the building should be sympathetically built to blend in with the countryside and the surrounding cottages.
