Windows, railings, balconies details
Prior to the commencement of works on the installation of new windows or the installation of railings or balconies, sectional details of these elements of the scheme and details of their materials and treatment of the materials must submitted for consideration and approval by the Planning Authority.
Roofing materials
All roofing must be finished in natural slate to match that of the existing buildings on site.
Photographic survey
Prior to the commencement of works on site, there must be submitted to the Department a full photographic survey of the buildings on site.
Lift shaft stone cladding sample
Prior to the commencement of any works on site, a sample of the stone cladding to the liftshaft must be submitted for consideration and approval by the Planning Authority.
