Time limit
The works hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Completion timescale
The proposed works must be completed not later than one year from the date on which the works are commenced; the developer must advise the Department of the intended date of commencement at least four weeks in advance thereof; and of the actual date of commencement within three days thereof.
Pre-commencement details
Prior to the commencement of the proposed works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Department; a full photographic survey of the building; large scale (1:20 or better) drawings of the proposed replacement balcony; a detailed methodology for the decoration of the first floor front office; large scale (1:20 or better) drawings of the proposed second floor timber sliding sash windows; details of the three proposed 'low profile' rooflights to the front of the building; and details of the structural works to the second floor involving the strengthening to the existing load-bearing partition.
