Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Making good details
Prior to the commencement of any of the demolition of any buildings in accordance with this permission, details of any making good of the rear elevation of the principal buildings 5, 6 and 6A The Parade which is required must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority.
Retain limestone
Any limestone which is within the buildings to be demolished must be retained after demolition for use elsewhere on the site.
Do not oppose
Recommend approval; existing store and link are recent additions of little historic significance, removal not detrimental to Conservation Area
