Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
This approval relates to the reconstruction of an outbuilding as shown by the plans annotated Location Plan, 760.5 Rev 3, 760.6 Rev 2 and 760.7 Rev 2 submitted and date stamped 26th November 2007.
Roof materials
The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
Off-street parking
Off street parking shall be provided within the curtilage of the living accommodation in accordance with the Isle of Man Strategic Plan.
On-site turning
An on site turning facility will also be provided within the vicinity of the parking area such that vehicles can turn on site and re-enter the highway in a forward gear.
Private use of pool
The proposed swimming pool shall be for private use only, and ancillary to The Garth.
