In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 25th February 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the reconstruction of an outbuilding as shown by the plans annotated Location Plan, 760.5 Rev 3, 760.6 Rev 2 and 760.7 Rev 2 submitted and date stamped 26th November 2007.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
- Off street parking shall be provided within the curtilage of the living accommodation in accordance with the Isle of Man Strategic Plan.
An on site turning facility will also be provided within the vicinity of the parking area such that vehicles can turn on site and re-enter the highway in a forward gear.
- The proposed swimming pool shall be for private use only, and ancillary to 'The Garth'.
NOTE For a change in the supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Michael Karran), tel. 695957.
NOTE There are Underground Cables/Overhead Lines present in the area indicated in the Planning Application. Please contact the Network Operations Department, Manx Electricity Authority, (Tel. 687687) to discuss working practices around Cables and Overhead Lines which may be required to be diverted before any work can be carried out on site.
Contact the Manx Electricity Authority for Electrical Site Safety 5 documents, (Tel. 687766), before any work is carried out on site. All work to be carried out with reference to Health and Safety Executive Guidance Notes HS(G)47 & GS6.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
