Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This permission relates to the erection of equipment cabinets and ancillary works to support two temporary up masts as shown in drawing numbers DO.E1-01613 Sh 1 of 1 and DO.P2-26835 1of 1 Rev 2 date stamped 6th February 2007, Letter from Ian Hewitt Associates date 3rd February 2007.
Temporary permission and removal
Prior to the installation of the equipment and ancillary works, a letter notifying the date of installation shall have been submitted to the planning authority. Thereafter, the cabinets and ancillary work hereby permitted shall be removed from the site within 12 months of the date of installation, as notified to the planning authority.
