No work shall be carried out on or near a river (spillway details) without written consent from the Departments Land Drainage Engineer in accordance with Land Drainage Act 1934 section 35; a 30 foot deep corridor along the adjoining river banks must be maintained free of any development under the terms of the Land Drainage Act 1934
