Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
This permission relates to the creation of off-road parking and access as shown in the drawings and photographs all received on 30th January, 2007.
Vehicle footway crossing
The creation of the access must include the provision of a vehicle footway crossing across the footway. NOTE: The applicant is advised to consult the Department of Transport in this respect and with regard to undertaking work within the footway.
Vegetation height for visibility
The vegetation alongside the north eastern boundary of the site must be retained at a maximum height of 1m in order to retain visibility splays to serve the proposed access.
Do not oppose subject to imposition of conditions for sight lines of 2m x 36m, vegetation cut back to no more than 1m, and dropped kerbs
