Approved plans
This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 17th July 2006.
Restoration phasing and landscaping scheme
Within one month of the date of this decision becoming final, the applicant must submit a scheme to the Planning Authority for consideration and approval, indicating the phasing of the reinstatement works to include the access track and excavated area. In addition, within one month of the date of the decision becoming final, a landscaping scheme must be submitted for the reinstated areas to the Planning Authority for consideration and approval. All planting, seeding or turflng comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development, whichever is the sooner. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.
Excavation cessation
All excavation works on site and operations in association with those works must cease by end September 2007, and all machinery removed within one month of that date. NOTE: For the avoidance of doubt, this condition relates to all excavation works in relation to the terracing, machinery on site, temporary compound and the operation of the mobile crushing unit.
