Society for the Preservation of the Manx Countryside & Environment (SPMCE) and German Parish Commissioners both object to application 07/02373/B for completion of previously approved re-profiling of bank at Laurel Bank Farm.
Key concern: works carried out bear no relation to previous approval and principle of new dwelling in countryside not identified in Local Plan
Society for the Preservation of the Manx Countryside & Environment
ObjectionThe Society STRONGLY OBJECTS to the principle of a new dwelling in the countryside on a site NOT identified in the Sulby Local Plan.; The recent onset of rheumatoid arthritis is not the first trigger to wishing to build a new house on this plot!
German Parish Commissioners
ObjectionMy Commissioners will not consider this application as the works carried out to date bear no relation to the previous agricultural application and they have lost all sense of approval and compliance.
