In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 10th May 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Schedule Of Conditions:
- This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 17th July 2006.
- Within one month of the date of this decision becoming final, the applicant must submit a scheme to the Planning Authority for consideration and approval, indicating the phasing of the reinstatement works to include the access track and excavated area. In addition, within one month of the date of the decision becoming final, a landscaping scheme must be submitted for the reinstated areas to the Planning Authority for consideration and approval.
All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development, whichever is the sooner. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.
- All excavation works on site and operations in association with those works must cease by end September 2007, and all machinery removed within one month of that date.
NOTE: For the avoidance of doubt, this condition relates to all excavation works in relation to the terracing, machinery on site, temporary compound and the operation of the mobile crushing unit.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
