Time limit

This permission relates to the erection of an agricultural building as shown in drawing numbers 1034/1, 1034/2 and 2757/1 Rev A date stamped 19th June 2006, Planning Statement, letter and sketch plan from Guy J. Thompson dated 14th September 2006 and letter from Guy J. Thompson date stamped 31st August 2006.
Agricultural use only
The building shall be used for agricultural purposes in accordance with the sketch plan submitted on the 14th September 2006.
Materials
All box profile and colourcoat sheeting must be dark green in colour.
Landscaping scheme
No development shall take place until full details of a landscaping scheme to be carried out have been submitted to and approved by the planning authority. All planting shall be carried out in accordance the approved details in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development. Any trees or shrubs which within 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with another of similar size and species unless the planning authority gives written consent to any variation.
