In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 20 September 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of an agricultural building as shown in drawing numbers 1034/1, 1034/2 and 2757/1 Rev A date stamped 19th June 2006, Planning Statement, letter and sketch plan from Guy J. Thompson dated 14th September 2006 and letter from Guy J. Thompson date stamped 31st August 2006.
- The building shall be used for agricultural purposes in accordance with the sketch plan submitted on the 14th September 2006.
- All box profile and colourcoat sheeting must be dark green in colour.
- No development shall take place until full details of a landscaping scheme to be carried out have been submitted to and approved by the planning authority. All planting shall be carried out in accordance the approved details in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development. Any trees or shrubs which within 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with another of similar size and species unless the planning authority gives written consent to any variation.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
