Parking completion
The proposed building shall not be occupied until the proposed parking spaces have been completed and are available for use.
Signage
No signage shall be erected or displayed without specific consent from the Department under the Adverts Byelaws.
Materials approval
Samples of the external cladding must be submitted to and approved by the Department prior to any use thereof.
Use restriction
The building shall be used only for light industrial or warehousing purposes; any proposal for general or special industrial use should form the subject of a separate application.
