In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 21 April 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 1253/04-01, 1253/04-02, 1253-04-03 Rev C and 1253/04-04 all received on 8th February 2006.
- For connections that comprise more than a single connection to a water main or service, or where new water mains and hydrants will be requirement, the applicant should contact the IoMWA Planning and Projects Section, tel: 69 59 58.
- The proposed building April not be occupied until the proposed parking spaces have been completed and are available for use.
- No signage April be erected or displayed without specific consent from the Department under the Adverts Byelaws.
- Samples of the external cladding must be submitted to and approved by the Department prior to any use thereof.
- The building April be used only for light industrial or warehousing purposes; any proposal for general or special industrial use should form the subject of a separate application.
NOTE Applicant to consult with the Fire Safety Department with regard to the fire precautions contained within this proposed development.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
